General conditions of sale

 

ARTICLE 1 : Application

The present general terms of sale apply to the services provided by the establishment. These general terms of sales are addressed to the customer at the same time as the estimate, to enable him to carry out his reservation. Any reservation thus implies on behalf of the customer whole adhesion and without reserve to the present conditions other than any other document such as leaflet, commercial documents, etc.

 

ARTICLE II : Reservation - Down Payment

The customer must confirm his reservation before the completion date of option by mail or email accompanied by the deposit of down payment per cheque or credit card equivalent to 30% of the amount of the stay for a stay equal or higher than 3 nights, 50% of the amount of the stay for a stay lower than 3 nights and 100% of the amount of the stay for a stay of 1 night. In the absence of payment, the establishment does not confirm the reservation nor guarantee the availability of spaces/rooms reserved. In accordance with the provisions envisaged by article 1590 of the French civil code, "all paid down payments of guarantee remain definitively acquired".

 

ARTICLE III : Organization of the reservation

- Rooms : The rooms will be placed at the disposal of the recipients starting from 15:00 and must be released the departure day at midday. Any going beyond of this time can involve the invoicing of an additional night.
- Breakfast : le client doit annuler le nombre de petit-déjeuner au plus tard la veille, heure limite 23h. Au-delà, l'hôtel se réserve le droit de facturer les petits-déjeuners même s'ils ne sont pas consommés.
- No-show : the customer must cancel the number of breakfasts at the latest the day before, limited hour: 23:00. Beyond, the hotel keeps the right to invoice the breakfasts even if they are not consumed.

 

ARTICLE IV : Modification of the services

Any request for modification of the services compared to the made reservation, will have to be addressed in writing to the establishment.

 

ARTICLE V : Cancellation

Cancellations, of whole or part of the initial reservation, must be addressed in writing. In the case of a total cancellation of a stay, the hotel will preserve as penalty or will invoice the customer as indicated hereafter:
- 3 days before the date of the stay, the down payments will be restored.
- At the end of this period, the down payments will be preserved and to be worth on a forthcoming stay. Except exceptional case, (death, disease, ...) a document in proof will be claimed.

 

ARTICLE VI : Unseating

In the event of major force, the establishment keeps the possibility of making lodge completely or partially the participants in a hotel of proximity and equivalent category for services of comparable nature, the expenses inherent in the transfer remaining to the load of the establishment, which could not be required in complementary payment of any allowance.

 

ARTICLE VII : Prices

The tariffs are expressed in euros including all taxes. The tariffs confirmed on the request for reservation are firm until the completion date of lifting of option. At the end of this period, they are likely to be modified according to economic conditions. The applicable tariffs are then those in force the day of the realization of the service. They could be modified in the event of legislative and/or lawful change likely to involve price changes such as: modification of applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes,...

 

ARTICLE VIII : Method of payment

The conditions of payment of the price are divided as follows:
The down payments will be deduced on the final invoice (balance). The invoices of the balance are payable with reception the day of the departure. Except contrary provisions, no term of payment is granted. The payment of extras (laundry, drinks, telephone, ...) asked by the participants, will be ensured by the participants concerned before their departure. In the absence of payment, the invoice will be addressed to the customer who commits himself to pay it at reception. Any delay of payment will give place to the invoicing of penalties equal to 1 time and half the legal interest rate into force without preliminary injunction.

 

ARTICLE IX : Insurance - deterioration - breakage - flight

The customer must keep his goods and materials in a safety place. A safe is at his disposal in the room. The customer will have to inform the establishment of any degradation. He/She is responsible for the whole damage caused by its intermediary and commits himself, in the event of degradation of the places placed at his disposal, (room, spaces common such as swimming pool, Jacuzzi, garden, living room, medical) to support the costs of repairing.

 

ARTICLE X : Recommendations

The customer commits himself not inviting any person whose behavior is likely to carry damage to the establishment, which keeps the right to intervene if necessary. The customer is not allowed to bring outside drinks, nor foodstuffs without prior approval of the direction. The customer commits himself to make respect, by the participants and their guests, the whole of the instructions and payments of the establishment (in particular the prohibition of smoking). The customer will take care that the participants do not disturb the exploitation of the establishment nor carry breach to the security of the establishment as of the people who are there.

 

ARTICLE XI : Major force

The establishment will be able to emerge from its obligations or to suspend the execution of them if it is unable to assume them because of supervening cases of major force, in particular in the event of destruction total or partial of the establishment, burdens, ...
